We start with a twenty-minute call to understand your revenue cycle, lease or mortgage status, and the specific asset or cash need. You'll send us three months of bank statements, your most recent business tax return, a profit-and-loss statement, and any equipment quotes or purchase agreements. We scrub those documents for red flags, then submit to multiple lenders simultaneously. Because we're a broker, not a lender, we have no incentive to push one product over another; our job is to weigh interest cost, term length, personal-guarantee requirements, and prepayment penalties so you choose the option that fits. If environmental reports or ASE certifications are required, we tell you up front and coordinate with your attorney or the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. For shops in Dracut, North Chelmsford, Chelmsford, Tewksbury, Tyngsborough, Andover, Billerica, Methuen, and Westford, we schedule site visits to review bay layouts and confirm equipment serial numbers before appraisal.
